In general exercise for ME/CFS sufferer is not advised except in a very mild form. Exercise depletes energy reserves and combined with the negative affects on heart rate/rhythm that ME/CFS already cause could be harmful.
Exercise and ME-Relief
In my experience a combination of Graded exercise (Gradually increasing intensity and duration) and ME-Relief is beneficial to ME/CFS sufferers by increasing stamina and general health, relapses and off or bad days can be significantly reduced, with the added benefit that exercise brings as part of any healthy lifestyle.
